Art Therapy Workshop

Come laugh, live and love with other breast cancer survivors.

This is a unique opportunity to share and create through Art Therapy- tell a story, continue your healing journey, or just come have fun.

Use your creativity, passion and emotion to decorate bras.

All supplies will be provided (including the bras that will be used as the canvas) or please feel free to bring your own.

A continental breakfast and light lunch will be provided. Space is limited. Please RSVP to your Support Group Leader by September 23, 2010.

Writing Therapy Workshop

Join us in this unique opportunity to learn how to use the written word as an integral component of your healing journey.

Whether by narrative, prose, or it the urge hits, stand-up comedy, exercising your personal creativity, passion and emotion through pen and paper is a potent prescription for a continued recovery.

All supplies will be provided. Our facilitator will be award-winning TV writer, author and nationally published columnist, Steve Young.

A light breakfast will be provided. Space is limited. Please RSVP to your Support Group Leader by March 29, 2009.
